How are the guides delivered?

If you pay by credit card:

You’ll receive an automated email with the download link within 5 minutes after your purchase, 24/7.

If you pay via PayPal:

Once purchased, you’ll be forwarded directly to the download site 24/7.

No matter how you pay, you’ll also get a manually sent confirmation email from us with the download link, usually within an hour. We’re on New York time and are open all week, including Sundays and Saturdays. We are open between 8am and 7pm 7 days a week.

I purchased a guide, but have not received the email link.

Make sure that your email address is correct to the letter when purchasing, the link goes to the email you specify. Occasionally, mishaps in mail routing occur as well. Contact us if you didn't get the link, we'll send you one.

Does the guide cover "(insert your question here)" ?

The Set Up A Home Network guide was updated in February 2007. The Build and Restore guides were updated in 2004.
